Это карусель, имитирующая аттракцион, с центральной опорной ножкой, на которой вращается платформа. Вся конструкция опирается на основание, состоящее из нескольких элементов, соединенных между собой. Платформа, на которую установлены детали, имеет сложную форму с множеством точек крепления. Над платформой возвышается центральный шест, который переходит в купол, а вершину конструкции венчает декоративный шпиль с шаром. На платформе, по периметру, располагаются подвесные элементы, имитирующие лошадок, которые также соединены с центральной осью. Конструкция состоит из нескольких основных частей: основания, вращающейся платформы, центрального шеста, купола и шпиля. Основание формируется из нескольких взаимосвязанных элементов, обеспечивая устойчивость всей карусели. Платформа, имеющая сложную геометрическую форму, соединена с основанием через центральную опорную ножку. Эта ножка также служит осью вращения для платформы. На платформе закреплены элементы, к которым подвешены декоративные лошадки, что является характерной чертой этого типа карусели. Верхняя часть конструкции представлена вращающимся куполом, который закреплен на центральном шесте. Купол, в свою очередь, соединен со шпилем, увенчанным декоративным элементом в виде шара.
